About Jacqueline
Hi, I'm Jacqueline, a yoga teacher, sound facilitator, and guider of moon circle gatherings.
I offer slow, heartful experiences where you're invited to tune in, let go, and feel held. Through a gentle blend of yoga, sound, and lunar blueprints, I create space for you to ground your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with your center.
Whether it's a group yoga class, private sound session, or moon circle, you'll find guidance, thoughtful intention, and quiet moments of magic.

My Story
I began practicing yoga as a teenager—rolling out my mat out of pure curiosity, eager to move my body in new ways and discover what stillness could teach me. Those first classes in my community center sparked something I couldn’t quite name, but I knew I wanted more. By 2010, I stepped into a 75-minute Hot Vinyasa, and from there yoga became a constant—an anchor I’ve returned to for the past 18 years.
Self-reflection and introspection have always guided me. I’m driven by growth—not for perfection, but for truth and authenticity—and I’m committed to staying present with whatever is here. That presence eventually drew me to the moon.
I’ve felt a connection to the moon since I was a child. As my practice deepened, its cycle became a rhythm in my life. Each New Moon, I set intentions. Each Full Moon, I release with gratitude. These rituals have become anchors—guiding me through transformation, healing, and coming home to myself again and again.
Teaching became a natural extension of my practice—a way to share the clarity, presence, and connection I found on my mat with others. I believe yoga is about choice and autonomy: my role is to guide with care and precision, while leaving space for you to listen inwardly and take what you need.
It’s where yoga, sound, and the moon meet in a space of softness and intention. My greatest joy is creating experiences that invite you inward—to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your own wisdom.
Here, yoga is more than movement. It’s a practice of self-awareness, compassion, and remembering what matters. Whether you’re moving through vinyasa, sinking into yin, or simply breathing, I hope you leave feeling more like you.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a balanced and accessible practice that focuses on aligning the body, breath, and mind through a combination of physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness.
As one of the foundational styles of yoga, Hatha emphasizes holding poses with awareness. All students are welcome to this practice.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fluid practice that links breath with movement, creating a continuous flow from one pose to the next.
Rooted in mindfulness and breath awareness, this style builds strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging presence and connection to the body.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the body's deep connective tissues—ligaments, fascia, and joints—through passive, long-held postures.
Unlike more dynamic (Yang) styles of yoga, Yin invites stillness, allowing for deep release, improved flexibility, and enhanced circulation.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing and nourishing practice designed to activate the body's natural healing response.
Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are fully supported and held for extended periods, allowing the body to soften, release tension, and restore balance.

Sound Baths
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive experience that uses sound to promote relaxation, balance, and inner harmony. Instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and rattles, are played to guide the listener into a meditative state.
This practice helps calm the nervous system, release tension. No experience is needed—simply come as you are and receive.

Moon Circles
A Moon Circle is a sacred gathering that invites reflection, renewal, and connection. These circles provide a space to pause, tune in, and align with the energies of the lunar cycle.
Each gathering blends a combination of astrology, meditation, embodied movement, breathwork, journaling, and sound healing to create a deeply unique experience.
