Spring Into Sound
A 90-Minute Somatic Meditation + Sound Bath
Join Jacqueline for a 90-minute somatic meditation and sound bath experience. You’ll begin by settling into the body through guided somatic meditation, then steep in a soothing sound bath layered with soft tones and resonant frequencies.
This is your invitation to thaw slowly. To soften. To awaken gently.
Dress cozy. All props are provided. Come ready to land softly and be held in sound.

New Year's Eve Soundscape
In this 75-minute session, you’ll begin with grounding yin postures before settling into savasana for a sound bath. This intentional listening practice uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, and rainmakers to bathe the body in waves of vibration. Join us as we celebrate the closing of 2025 and welcome 2026 with this special practice.

Restorative Sound Bath
Fall into stillness with a restorative sound bath. After a few gentle yoga postures, you’ll be guided into stillness while instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes are played in harmony. These soothing vibrations help slow your brain waves from an active state into a dream-like space.
This session is designed to be a therapeutic, immersive, full-body listening experience.
For your comfort, please bring a blanket or pillow.

Total Lunar Eclipse: Sound + Acupuncture
A 90-minute restorative circle under the Pisces Eclipse. This intimate circles weaves lunar reflection, gentle acupuncture, and sound bath meditation to support emotional release. After journaling + sharing, Dr. Crystal will guide you through wrist channel acupuncture. While you rest, Jacqueline will lead a meditative sound journey to deepen your sense of calm.

Outdoor Moon Circles: A Summer Series
Each circle will be uniquely shaped by the new or full moon. We’ll gather in ritual and meditation, reflect and share through card pulls or journaling, connect with our bodies, sit around the fire, and embrace lunar insights.
Some nights may bring sound, song, or dance — always guided by the unique constellation we create together.

New Years Eve Soundscape
In this 75 minute yin yoga class you will be provided with an intentional and therapeutic practice. Jacqueline will guide you through yin postures that allow your body to restore through long holds. We will close with a sound bath using chimes and tuning forks to encourage deep listening and rest. Celebrate the closing of 2024 and welcome 2025 in this special practice as the last class of the year.
Yin + Sound Meditation
Join this yin yoga and sound meditation class to restore and practice deep listening. Yin yoga is a slow paced practice that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation. Postures are held for several minutes and the focus is on stretching the deep connective tissues in your body to help release tension. This class will conclude with a sound bath meditation.
