Jacqueline offers in-person weekly yoga classes at multiple studios. You can sign up through the links for each studio below. Whether you’re looking to flow, sweat, or simply unwind and stretch deeply, there’s something here for you. Expect thoughtful sequences, clear cues, and plenty of space to move at your own pace.

Weekly Teaching Schedule

Monday

Yin @ 8:00 pm

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that works deep into the body’s connective tissues through passive, long-held postures. In this unheated evening class, you’ll gently release tension, improve flexibility, and invite a sense of calm to close your day.

Wednesday

Yang Yin @ 7:45 pm

A balanced practice that blends energizing movement and mindful breath with longer-held stretches and a nourishing, extended wind-down.

Friday

Modo @ 5:00 pm

Hatha Yoga is a balanced, accessible practice that aligns body, breath and mind.

Modo Flow @ 6:30 pm

A 60-minute heated Vinyasa Flow linking breath with movement that leaves you feeling grounded and uplifted.
