This is perfect for those seeking clarity, direction, or a deeper understanding before committing to in-person sessions with Jacqueline.
Cancellation Policy
Private sessions are available by appointment only. Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to enjoy the full experience. If you’re running late, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time. As always, emergencies will be handled with care and understanding. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private sessions. • To adjust your appointment, please email hi@jacquelinecouto.com • Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable. • Missed or late-cancelled sessions within a package will count as a used session. Packages: • Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. • Packages are not eligible for rescheduling beyond this window.
